Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to enroll. If you enroll on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws, regulations, and any professional or workplace policies that apply to you.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your enrollment information is inaccurate, incomplete, or used for fraud or abuse.

Fees are due upon enrollment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on the schedule shown at checkout. If a payment fails, we may reattempt the charge and/or suspend access until the balance is settled.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the program start date for your cohort. Any exception must be approved in writing by SpeakPro Academy.

Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised with us first. We reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment processor and to restrict access during a dispute.

Maintain respectful, harassment-free communication. No disruptive behavior in live sessions, chats, forums, or any community space we operate.

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass access controls, rate limits, or security mechanisms of our websites and learning tools.

We may remove content, mute participants, or suspend accounts to protect the community and ensure a productive learning environment.

Course materials (including videos, worksheets, templates, and recordings) are licensed for your personal, non-transferable use. Do not redistribute, resell, publish, or share without written permission.

You may take personal notes and create internal work products using what you learned. However, you may not create competing training, coaching, or course products substantially derived from our materials.

Trademarks, branding, and site content remain the property of SpeakPro Academy and its licensors.

We provide training and guidance on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, job offers, funding, or sales performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You are responsible for how you apply the training, including business decisions, communications, and compliance with laws relevant to your activities.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice via the website, within the learning platform, or by email, where appropriate.
